Job Summary:
- The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Individual contributor role.
- Set and monitor individual sales targets.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve peak performance.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.

- Analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Business Development:Identify and explore new market segments and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
- Sales Operations:Track and monitor key sales metrics.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications:
- Min 4 years of experience in sales management within the staffing industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
