NeoLotex Business Solutions - Alfresco Developer - Java/Spring Frameworks (7-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement robust Alfresco extensions and customizations to meet specific business requirements.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (business analysts, IT) to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.

- Utilize your strong Java skills and Spring Framework expertise to build high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Work effectively in a distributed development environment, practicing excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ensure data integrity and efficient system performance by leveraging your proficiency in relational databases (RDBMS).

- Apply Agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle to deliver solutions iteratively and adapt to changing requirements.

- Write unit and integration tests to guarantee code quality and application stability.

- Maintain and enhance existing Alfresco configurations, leveraging Git for version control and continuous integration practices.

Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

- 7-10 years of experience in Alfresco development and customization.

- Strong foundation in Java SE 8 and 11, object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles.

- Proven experience with Spring Framework for enterprise application development.

- Proficiency in at least one relational database management system (RDBMS).

Technical Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with Alfresco Search Services (AMS) and Alfresco Indexing Services (AIS) is a plus.

- Familiarity with cloud-based deployments of Alfresco is a plus.
