We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage enterprise IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure seamless operation of systems and networks. The role involves troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and maintaining data security while delivering high-quality IT services.

Role & responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT systems, peripherals, and network devices.
• Manage user accounts, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and backup strategies.
• Provide remote support and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Monitor network health and maintain LAN/Wireless connectivity.
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and lifecycle management.
• Ensure data security and disaster recovery readiness.
• Train users on IT systems and manage IT asset inventory.

Skills and Competencies:

• Expertise in system administration, networking, and IT troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, VPNs, and security solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Excellent team coordination and communication skills.
