Role & responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Oversee all project phases, from design and procurement to construction and handover.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company policies.

Budget & Cost Management:
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control measures are in place.
• Monitor expenses and track financial performance to prevent cost overruns.
• Approve invoices, contracts, and vendor agreements in coordination with finance and procurement teams.

Stakeholder Coordination:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular meetings to update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and action plans.
• Resolve conflicts and address any issues that may impact project delivery.

Risk Management & Problem-Solving:
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Proactively address and resolve issues that arise during project execution.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities to ensure efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend improvements for future projects.
