Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis
• Prepare financial models, budgets, and forecasts for commercial projects.
• Analyze project costs, revenues, and profitability to support decision-making.
2. Cost Control & Budgeting
• Monitor project expenses to ensure they align with the approved budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks.
3. Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and present financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow analysis.
4. Taxation & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with GST, income tax, and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage tax filings, audits, and assessments related to the project.
5. Funding & Cash Flow Management
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for project funding.
• Manage working capital, fund utilization, and financial sustainability.
6. Internal Controls & Audits
• Implement internal controls to prevent fraud and financial mismanagement.
• Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
7. Contract & Vendor Management
• Review financial terms in contracts with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure timely payments and dispute resolution related to financial matters.
8. Liaison & Coordination
• Work closely with project managers, legal teams, and stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Provide financial insights to senior management for project decision-making.

Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting
• Experience with ERP software
• Understanding of taxation, audits, and compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
