Job Description

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant at Agra Location with a minimum of 2 years of experience in ROC Annual Compliance, GST, and Tax Audits to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Handling ROC Annual Compliance related work, including preparing and filing annual returns, maintenance of statutory records, and other related tasks.
Conducting GST audits, filing GST returns, and ensuring compliance with GST regulations.
Performing Tax Audits, including verifying tax returns, conducting tax planning, and advising clients on tax-related matters.
Liaising with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders on financial matters.

Requirements:

Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ROC Annual Compliance, GST, and Tax Audits.
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
