The Inside Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue by generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining customer satisfaction. They are responsible for proactively contacting prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively conveying the value of our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of products or services
Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries to qualify prospects and move them through the sales pipeline
Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
Negotiate and close sales, achieving and exceeding sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities
Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in inside sales or telesales role
