Tech Lead - Backend Architecture (6-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- You will work directly with product owners, and fellow engineers to help architect, guide, build, instrument, and test back-end applications

- Pushing past your comfort zone and to learn and implement new technologies and help evolve existing ones

- Identifying application performance bottlenecks, debugging production issues and resolving them

- Understanding of code testing best practices, including unit and integration testing, perform code reviews and maintain code base

- Work within small teams to successfully execute on project timelines

Qualifications :

- 7+ years of solid back-end development experience

- Strong expertise in one of Java or Python, with exposure to both

- Must have led a small team for 1+ years

- Experience with AWS infrastructure and micro service/server less architecture pattern

- Familiarity with Agile development processes and methodologies

- Experience in using code versioning tools such as Git
