Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment management, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  
• Support training and development initiatives by creating training materials, conducting orientation sessions for new hires, and organizing workshops on soft skills and technical topics.
  
• Collaborate with the performance management team to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure employee performance.
  
• Provide support during onboarding process by ensuring seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
