Mandatory Primary Key Skills: [Project Management, project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)]

Secondary Skills: Cloud, security etc.

Requirement Summary:

1. Proficiency in project management and estimation.

1. Proficiency in people management and client communication.
2. Interfaces using Jave or C# for downstream and upstream systems
3. In-depth hands-on experience in the cloud system.
4. Proficiency project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
5. Experience in Agile Methodology.
6. Understanding of cyber security concepts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Initiation:
   • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
   • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
   • Identify potential risks and establish mitigation strategies.
2. Team Leadership and Coordination:
   • Assemble and manage project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities.
   • Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
   • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team alignment and motivation.
3. Execution and Monitoring:
   • Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to plans and quality standards.
   • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and make adjustments as necessary.
   • Conduct regular status meetings and report updates to stakeholders.
4. Risk Management:
   • Identify, analyze, and address project risks proactively.
   • Develop contingency plans to minimize potential impacts.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
   • Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met throughout the project.
6. Budget and Resource Management:
   • Track project expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
   • Optimize resource utilization and address any shortfalls.
7. Project Closure:
   • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify lessons learned.
   • Ensure proper documentation and deliverables are completed and handed over.
