The Program Manager would be responsible for managing the operation of the Help Desk, Service Desk and managed services (primarily L1, L2). Candidate must have proven background in service transition and service delivery, globally with desk size over 100+ FTE. Exceptional Senior-stakeholder and Vendor management skills; managing expectations and identifying high-level objectives, well versed in ITIL framework. Drive quantifiable operational efficiency in service delivery utilizing automation and frameworks

Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12+ years
Desirable qualities:
Total minimum professional working experience of 15 - 20 years in the managed services domain
Hands on experience of ServiceNow, Manage engine and other ITSM tools
Experience in running managed services domain would be added advantage
Experience in implementing automation in Service Desk would be added advantage
Full time BE/ B.TECH/ MCA from a reputed institute
Certification: ITIL V4
