We are seeking a driven Digital Integration Architect. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive IT infrastructure and automation solutions for managed services delivery. You will lead the IT infrastructure management team, ensure adherence to SLAs and security policies, and provide technical expertise to clients.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end systems and solutions for managing IT infrastructure and automating IT managed service delivery. System design should encompass network, servers (physical and virtual), integration, applications, security, and operations.
Lead the IT Infrastructure Management team and ensure deployed systems meet required SLAs, security policies, and guidelines.
Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resources for implementing IT infrastructure and service management solutions for Managed Services customers.
Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to determine requirements.
Provide technical consultations and expertise to customers.
Foster a high-performing team environment by removing technical roadblocks and guiding team members towards optimal performance.
Establish policies and procedures that drive high-quality service delivery solutions.
Ensure the timely completion of project deliverables.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in solution architecture planning and design.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading an IT infrastructure management team.
Technical/Professional Skills:
Strong foundation in Linux/Unix/Windows Administration.
In-depth knowledge of network/firewall/load balancer design and implementation.
Experience with automation/configuration management tools (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or similar).
Proficiency in utilizing a wide range of open-source technologies and cloud services.
Experience implementing DevOps principles in IT infrastructure management solutions.
Experience with service management methodologies and tools like ServiceNow.
Experience with System Management and Monitoring Solutions (Zabbix, Grafana, Power BI).
Experience in IT infrastructure management and AIOPS solution implementation.
Experience in system integration, SOAP and REST APIs.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Highly organized, analytical, and procedural with creative and strategic thinking. Adept at managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Passionate about solution development and automation, actively seeking opportunities to develop tools that streamline and simplify development and delivery processes.
Strong understanding of systems, networking, and development tools.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
