Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for helping students make informed decisions about their education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling: Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their academic background, career aspirations, and program interests.
• Lead Management: Follow up on leads via phone calls, emails, and chat to provide detailed information about courses, admission criteria, and scholarship opportunities.
• Application Assistance: Assist students in completing application forms, gathering required documents, and ensuring timely submissions.
• Conversion & Follow-ups: Convert potential leads into enrollments by addressing queries, overcoming objections, and maintaining regular communication.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM systems regularly.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field (Education, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
• Minimum 6 Months of experience in student counseling, sales, or customer service (Education sector experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
