Position: Global Sales Associate

Location: WFH

Working Hours :

• 12 PM to 9 PM
• 8 PM to 5 AM

Experience: 0-3Years

Working days: 6 days

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive information to prospective learners through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Guide students and parents on their learning needs via structured counselling sessions (K-12

segment).

• Arrange appointments and conduct daily online demo sessions, including follow-up interactions.
• Handle objections and negotiate prices to achieve sales revenue.
• Resolve inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Exceed monthly and quarterly targets for revenue and enrolments.
• Sustain open communication until the learner is fully integrated into the system.
