Job Title: Global Sales Associate

Location: Work From Home (WFH)

Work Timings (Full-Time):

• 12 PM to 9 PM
• 8 PM to 5 AM

Experience: 0-3 Years

(Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent Communication Skills Strong ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
• Sales Experience Prior experience in sales is an advantage.
• Business Growth Mindset Eager to expand the companys sales and revenue.
• Independence & Teamwork – Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Language Requirement – An English medium background is mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed counseling to prospective learners via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Advise students and parents on their learning needs through structured counseling sessions (K-12 segment).
• Schedule and conduct online demo sessions, including follow-ups.
• Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and convert leads into sales.
• Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain effective communication with learners until onboarding is complete.
