Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, business needs, and team dynamics to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create compelling job descriptions and post openings across various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Source and screen candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present top candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles, ensuring a quick response to hiring needs.
- Conduct background checks before formalizing offers.
- Manage the candidate offer process, including negotiations.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
- Assist in onboarding and the transition of new hires, ensuring a seamless experience from recruitment to employment.
- Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and recommend new strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Proficient in using social media platforms (LinkedIn) and job boards for candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality hires in a timely manner.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
