Job Description: Architect Designer

Position: Architect Designer
Experience: 10+ Years
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Architecture
Location: Head Office, Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Design and Development:
• Lead the architectural design process for government buildings such as hospitals, educational institutions, hotels, and commercial buildings.
• Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions aligned with client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and designs using AutoCAD.

2. Project Coordination:

• Work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design intent and project objectives are met.
• Conduct site visits to review design implementation and compliance with drawings.
• Ensure designs adhere to relevant building codes, standards, and local government regulations.
• Prepare and review architectural documentation for permit approvals.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other teams for multidisciplinary design integration.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong expertise in architectural design and detailing for government and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; working experience with Revit is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of national building codes, standards, and government regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
