Position: Top-level- Finance Manager
Experience Required: 2-5 years in Finance operation

Qualification: MBA / CA

Candidate need to have analytical skills, negotiation skills, and good communication skills. They also need to be able to stick to time constraints and have a keen eye for detail. Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts. Monitor financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met. Supervise employees who do financial reporting and budgeting.

Job responsibilities:

• Financial reporting: Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for internal and external use
• Financial analysis: Analyzing market trends, industry conditions, and the company's financial health
• Compliance: Ensuring the organization complies with financial regulations and laws, such as tax filing
• Strategic planning: Developing long-term business plans and strategies to maximize profits
• Investment management: Selecting and managing investments, and tracking their performance
• Budgeting: Managing budgets, and collaborating with other departments to develop budgets
• Risk management: Developing financial management mechanisms to minimize risk
• Financial guidance: Advising management on financial decisions, and providing financial guidance to other departments
• Staff management: Supervising financial analysts, budget analysts, and other finance professionals
• Audit: Ensuring smooth closure of Statutory Audits, Internal Audits.
• Monthly & yearly closing: Making the reports related to monthly and half yearly closing.
• External relationships: Developing relationships with auditors, solicitors, bankers, and other statutory organizations
