Position Title: Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive with 3-4 years of experience in driving marketing strategies and campaigns within the IT infrastructure domain. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and brand building in the technology sector. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing marketing initiatives to promote the company's IT infrastructure services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital and traditional marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to understand customer needs and align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Develop marketing content for websites, emails, social media, and other channels to effectively communicate the companys offerings.
2. Lead Generation & Nurturing:
• Implement strategies for lead generation through inbound marketing tactics (SEO, content marketing, social media, etc.) and outbound approaches (email campaigns, webinars, etc.).
• Maintain and track leads using CRM tools, ensuring smooth follow-up and nurturing of prospects throughout the sales funnel.
3. Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and suggest improvements for continuous optimization.
4. Content Development:
• Develop compelling marketing materials including case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, presentations, and other forms of content that align with brand voice and goals.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging about products and services.
5. Event Management:
• Organize and manage company participation in industry conferences, webinars, and other promotional events.
• Coordinate with event organizers and ensure the companys presence aligns with marketing objectives.
6. Branding and Communication:
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels and platforms.
• Maintain and strengthen the company's presence in the industry through targeted campaigns and communications.
7. Social Media & Digital Marketing:
• Manage and grow the companys social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube etc.) by creating and curating relevant content.
• Execute digital campaigns (PPC, SEO, email marketing) that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
8. Collaboration and Coordination:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Provide marketing support for product launches and other initiatives as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in the IT infrastructure or technology sector.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
• Digital Marketing Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
• Experience with content creation and copywriting tailored to IT products and services.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in an engaging and simple way.
• Creative Mindset: Ability to think creatively and bring innovative marketing ideas to life.
• Analytical Abilities: Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret marketing analytics and improve strategies.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in the IT infrastructure, cloud computing, or enterprise technology sectors is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or paid media.
• Experience with event planning, webinars, or conferences related to the tech industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
