Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum Practices: Lead daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
• Mentor and train team members in Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Coordinate cross-project activities, resources, and dependencies.
• Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Ensure program and project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Identify and assess risks associated with the program and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee resource planning across multiple projects.
• Ensure that resources are effectively allocated and utilized.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and resolve issues.
• Ability to influence, communicate effective plans, and build trust among crossfunctional engineering teams and leaders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on program status and milestones to Leadership.

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Must have 8+ years of experience in IT industry.
• Development Background would be a big plus.
• Certified Scrum Master with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Should have Very good understanding of Business as well as technical terminologies.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software like JIRA and Azure DevOps. etc.
• A problem-Solving mindset and ability to work in matrixed organization.
