Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in the Retirement domain to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management, specifically within retirement plans, pension funds, and annuities. The Business Analyst will collaborate with business and technical teams to drive solutions that enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to define, analyze, and document
business requirements.
- Work extensively on retirement planning, pension administration, annuity products, and regulatory compliance.
- Gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements for retirement-based solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that system solutions meet business needs.
- Analyze current processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessment of changes in regulatory requirements.
- Develop user stories, process flows, and use cases to communicate business needs effectively.
- Lead discussions with stakeholders to prioritize business needs and project deliverables.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation efforts to ensure solutions align with requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in the retirement domain.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Retirement / Pension / Annuity domain.
- Strong knowledge of retirement plans, pension administration, annuities, and compliance regulations (e.g., ERISA, IRS, DOL guidelines).
- Hands-on experience with business process modeling, requirement documentation, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
