Senior Wordpress PHP Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior PHP WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites, creating custom plugins, and ensuring seamless integrations with various systems. You should have a strong background in PHP and WordPress development, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional web experiences. (Only work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• WordPress Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Custom Plugins: Develop and customize WordPress plugins to extend the functionality of our websites.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and security. Conduct regular performance audits and implement improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure project requirements are met. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• API Integration: Integrate third-party services and APIs with WordPress. Ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to WordPress websites and plugins. Provide timely support and maintenance as needed.
• Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Implement coding standards and best practices for web development.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code and development processes. Provide training and support to junior developers when needed.

Qualifications:

• Strictly based in Delhi NCR or ready to relocate to Noida or Delhi.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in PHP and WordPress development.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Extensive experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture and core functionalities.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and AJAX.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN).
• Understanding of web security principles and best practices.
• Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting.
