Role & responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, shipping information, and general queries about our products/services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance and resolution.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Min 6 months to 1 Year of Customer Service Experience in International Process, preferably in the E-commerce Sector.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English
• Should be versed in MS Office: Excel, WordPad etc.
• Typing Speed: 20-25 WPM
• Good Customer Handling Skills
