Senior Executive - Client Relationship and Support Manager


Job Description:


Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Relationship and Support Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our mapped clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and providing extended support to our team. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment within the financial services sector.


Key Responsibilities:


1) Revenue Generation from Mapped Clients:

  • Proactively engage with mapped clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Place client orders accurately and in a timely manner, utilizing dealing terminals.
  • Ensure that all orders placed through the dealing terminal are backed by pre-order confirmation.
  • Work towards expanding the base of relationship clients through targeted efforts and relationship-building initiatives.

2) Customer Service for Mapped Clients:

  • Respond to emails and inquiries from mapped clients within the set Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Strive to achieve the highest satisfaction ratings from relationship clients by providing exceptional service and support.
  • To engage with the mapped clients proactively through market and account updates

3) Extended Support:

  • Assist in resolving general tickets related to Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients.
  • Handle all activation requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide support to the team in the absence of other support members or Relationship Managers (RMs).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of dealing terminals and order placement processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
