Job Objective:


We are seeking an experienced Client Engagement Specialist to build meaningful relationships with our clients and ensure their continued engagement with our platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the client experience, driving platform usage, and ensuring long-term client retention. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client engagement and showcase their performance through metrics or case studies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Onboarding & Activation: Ensure seamless onboarding and fast-track first-time activations for new clients. Guide clients through the process, ensuring they are comfortable with our platform and able to place their first trades or investments.
  • Personalized Engagement: Develop personalized communication strategies to keep clients engaged. Tailor messages based on individual user behavior, preferences, and investment goals.
  • Educational Campaigns: Create and deliver engaging educational content such as webinars, tutorials, and newsletters to keep clients informed and active on the platform.
  • Real-Time Support & Assistance: Provide timely and proactive client support through various channels, including live chat, emails, and calls, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Client Retention Strategies: Design and implement programs such as loyalty programs, gamification strategies, and engagement-based rewards to retain and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Push for SIPs and Investments: Encourage clients to adopt Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs) and recurring investment strategies through personalized recommendations and reminders.
  • Market Intelligence: Offer clients curated market insights, real-time updates, and personalized recommendations to keep them informed and encourage continued engagement.
  • Monitoring Client Activity: Track client activity using CRM tools, ensuring regular interaction with inactive clients to bring them back into the platform.
  • Feedback Loop: Establish an effective feedback loop to gather insights from clients and incorporate those into improving the platform and services.

Key Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in client engagement or client relationship management with measurable success in increasing client retention and engagement rates.
  • Strong understanding of B2C engagement strategies, including personalized communication, push notifications, and educational content.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms for tracking and managing client interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to identifying opportunities for client engagement and retention.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry or stockbroking platforms is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience:


  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role focused on client engagement or client retention.
  • Experience in financial services or stock trading platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in client analytics and using insights to drive engagement strategies.
