Content Repurposing Specialist

Job Objective:

We are seeking a Content Repurposing Specialist who is experienced in transforming existing content into new formats and distributing it across multiple channels to reach a broader audience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in taking blog posts and repurposing them into engaging new formats, while ensuring they align with our brand messaging. They must have a proven track record of increasing engagement through content repurposing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Repurposing: Transform blog posts into a variety of content formats such as infographics, social media posts, podcasts, eBooks, newsletters, Webinars, Videos and more.
• Platform Optimization: Tailor content to specific platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) for maximum reach and engagement.
• Content Creation: Develop new creative assets from existing content to be distributed across different channels, ensuring a consistent message.
• SEO-Friendly Repurposing: Optimize repurposed content for search engines, ensuring that new formats of existing content can rank for relevant keywords.
• Content Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of repurposed content using key metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights gained.
• Collaborate with Content & Marketing Teams: Work closely with rest of the marketing team to align repurposed content with ongoing campaigns.
• Multi-Channel Distribution: Repurpose content for use in newsletters, social media, blogs, video platforms, podcasts, and more, ensuring that content is engaging and effective for each medium.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content repurposing or content creation with examples of past work and performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques for repurposed content.
• Familiarity with content formats such as podcasts, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
• Creativity and editing skills to adapt content to new formats for specific audiences.
• Ability to work with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) to create visual content like infographics or quote cards.
• Experience with content distribution across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, blogs, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to measure content performance.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple content repurposing projects simultaneously.
• Strong team management skills.
• Recruit and Manage diverse set of Content repurposing Partners and Freelancers
• You will be provided with a budget for content repurposing and promotion.
• Your Goal would be number of repurposed content across formats and ROI on the Budget.

Preferred Experience:

• 3-8 years of experience in content repurposing or similar roles in digital marketing or content creation.
• A portfolio showcasing successful examples of content repurposing strategies and outcomes.
• Knowledge of content marketing strategies and multi-channel content distribution.
