Job Description
- Ensure all the Investor queries raised to AMC operations are handled seamlessly.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively within TAT.
- Ensure Distributor Queries are handled within the TAT.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal/external departments to ensure seamless execution of Investor transactions/queries.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all Investor services activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
- Manage trade settlements for equity, debt, money market, and other relevant transactions.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Stakeholder management.
- Strategic thinking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for articulating.
