Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Should have good experience on finance and accounts AR & AP
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Should have experience in statutory compliances (ESI, EPF)
• Should have experience in Taxation filing - GST & TDS.
• Working experience on Tally, payment collection
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
• Review and approve expense reports and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance against budgeted targets.
