Account Executive

Job responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely posting of all financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/SAP/ERP).

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Manage vendor payments, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and reconcile customer accounts.

3. Taxation & Compliance:

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Prepare and assist in tax audits and statutory audits.

4. Banking & Reconciliation:

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flows.
• Coordinate with banks for fund transfers, loans, and financial transactions.

5. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.

6. Audit & Documentation:

• Maintain financial records and assist in internal/external audits.
• Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions and regulatory compliance.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with Tally or SAP.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing (experience in handling factory accounts will be an advantage).
