Sap S4 Hana Consultant

 The SAP S/4HANA Consultant is responsible for analyzing the company's business processes, designing SAP solutions, customizing configurations, and ensuring the system aligns with the manufacturing industry's requirements. 

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes in areas like materials management (MM) and finance (FI/CO),
• Conduct workshops with business users to gather detailed requirements.

Implementation and Integration:

• Lead or participate in the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle.
• Integrate SAP with existing systems (e.g., legacy systems or third-party applications).
• Develop and implement custom enhancements or modifications as required.

Training and Change Management:

• Train end-users and business teams on SAP functionalities and processes.
• Support the organization in adapting to SAP-driven changes.

1. Testing and Validation:
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for the configured system.
• Ensure all processes perform as expected under real-world conditions.
2. Post-Go-Live Support:
• Provide hypercare support after the go-live phase.
• Address issues and optimize processes based on feedback.
3. Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure the implementation complies with industry regulations and standards.
• Document configurations, test cases, and user manuals for future reference.

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules relevant to manufacturing (FICO & MM) initially and after that PP, MM, QM, etc.).
• Experience with production planning, supply chain optimization, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for enhanced user experience.
• Expertise in data migration techniques and tools.
• Understanding of manufacturing-specific workflows and challenges.
• Problem-solving skills for debugging and resolving implementation issues.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:The SAP S/4HANA Consultant will work closely with:

• Functional teams (Finance, Production, SCM, etc.)
• IT teams for infrastructure readiness.
• External SAP implementation partners (if applicable).
• End-users for requirement validation and training.
