Job Description
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing engineering.
- 2 to 7 years of experience
- Technomatix Plant Simulation experience is a must to have skillset (2 years minimum)
- Experience in building DES Models to optimize layout and process.
- Experience with Throughput analysis, Bottleneck analysis, What-if analysis
- Able to independently handle requirement gathering, data analysis, model build, scenario analysis, reporting
- Work on analyzing manual and automation lines for a manufacturing setup
- Analyze line parameters such as Throughput, Lead Time and Cycle time, buffer requirement
- Support different teams with simulation model requests and be provide direction on process improvement through simulation modeling.
- SimTalk Scripting experience / expertise expected to be able to quickly transform complex manufacturing logic into the simulation model.
- Experience running experimenter for Monte Carlo simulations and other parametric experiments and extract necessary data from each experiment.
- Able to handle crisp Video Recording from Simulation models for leadership presentations.
- Good Communication Keynote / PowerPoint skills.
