Natobotics - Senior Java Architect - Enterprise Applications (12-15 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Full Stack Technical Architect to join our team.

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the technical design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of 10+ engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and secure software systems.

- Define system architecture, component design, and data models.

- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks.

- Develop high-quality code using Java, Spring Boot, and React.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Adhere to coding standards and best practices.

- Design and implement microservices-based architectures.

- Develop and deploy microservices using containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Ensure microservices are scalable, resilient, and maintainable.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines.

- Automate deployment and infrastructure provisioning.

- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.

- Identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Analyze system performance and implement optimizations.

- Provide technical solutions to business problems.

Qualifications :

- 11+ years of experience in Java development.

- Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, and React.

- Experience with Microservices architecture and design patterns.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to mentor and guide team members.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
