Job Overview:
We are looking for a Total Rewards & Compensation Benchmarking Specialist with a focus on executive compensation to manage and optimize our compensation strategies. This role involves developing competitive compensation programs, conducting market benchmarking, and ensuring executive compensation packages align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Total Rewards Strategy: Design and implement total rewards programs, including salary, bonuses, benefits, and other incentives, aligning with business objectives.
2) Compensation Benchmarking: Conduct research and utilize surveys and databases to assess the competitiveness of compensation packages. Analyze market trends and make recommendations for adjustments to stay competitive.
3) Executive Compensation: Develop executive compensation packages, including base salary, bonuses, stock options, and long-term incentives. Ensure compliance with executive compensation regulations and best practices.
4) Present to Board and NRC.
- Preference will be given to female candidates.
