Job Description:

- Someone who has worked on Rewards, C&B, Bonus , LTIP, ESOS and some part of Talent & performance management. Major Background should be in rewards and some part of it can be in C&B.

- Build on Compensation - policies, frameworks and processes.

- Communication, Rollout, implementation and monitoring of policies, frameworks and processes.

- Monitor and support timely and effective completion of goal setting, midyear and final appraisal reviews.

- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance of compensation and benefits related programs and practices.

Audits:

- Development, management and maintenance of MIS and data analytics.

- Address queries and grievances of employees pertaining to compensation and benefits.
