Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a robust background in electrical systems and hands-on experience in maintenance across both electrical and mechanical domains. The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10years of experience, including proficiency in managing preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshooting various utility systems, and collaborating effectively with production teams.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
• Manage and maintain critical utility systems including chillers, hopper dryers, air compressors, cooling towers, and other related equipment.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance plans and schedules based on preventive maintenance (PM) strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with electrical and mechanical systems, offering multiple solutions to ensure swift and efficient problem resolution.
• Collaborate with production teams to address maintenance needs and support operational goals.
• Document maintenance activities, track equipment performance, and analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance roles.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of PM practices, with hands-on experience in chiller systems, hopper dryers, air compressors, cooling towers, and other utility equipment.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to devise multiple solutions for complex maintenance challenges.
