Recruitment and Retention:
q Communicate criteria to recruiters for manufacturing position candidates.

FUNCTIONAL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Strategy and Direction:
q Develop an understanding of the Workcell business strategy as it pertains to Manufacturing.
q Drive team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals.
q Review labor reports for accuracy.

TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a Team of 25-30 technicians and maintenance engineers.

. Installation , Maintenance Troubleshooting of Injection Molding Machine (Fanuc 150 and 250 and Polypax hydraulic molding machine 150 and 250).

Troubleshooting and maintenance of FANUC Robot M-20iA, Auto filming ,SPM machine Assembly SPM .

Installation and handling breakdown of 3 Axis and 6 Axis Robot. (Fanuc, Salor, TopStar)

Good knowledge of integration of robot to machine and robot to peripheral equipment such as SPM.

Installation and Commission of Polypax, Sumitomo, Fanuc, Sodick Injection molding Machine.

Reviewed Technical documentation to complete equipment maintenance and repair.

Good knowledge of Reading electrical drawing.

PM Planning Execution.
