Role & responsibilities
- Handle shift machine breakdown troubleshooting in moulding machine, maintain documentation, machine startup/Shut down process and achieve minimum breakdown.
- Monitoring and handling of shift schedule.
- Work with utility maint. and time-based external service activity.
- Knowledge of Ms-office & MS-excel and ERP System.
- Familiarity with IQMS-ERP system, ISO-13485, QMS system.
- Knowledge of new machine trial, Validation.
Skills:
- Sound Knowledge of Injection moulding machine preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance process.
