Senior Associate -External Corporate Communications

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing communication plans that align with the organisations goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain media relations especially in fintech / financial services/tech space
• Manage PR activities including media outreach and monitoring
• Work with external agencies; identify relevant industry events for speaking opportunities
• Create a wide range of communication materials, including reports, presentations, white papers, press releases, blog posts, and social media content; help prepare talking points, speeches, and presentations for senior leadership
• Stay up-to-date with products / business developments and ensure all content is accurate, and aligned with the organisations messaging and branding guidelines
• Ensure that all communications are clear, timely, and transparent
• Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and accurate dissemination of information
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their communication needs and preferences
• Manage and update the internal communication platforms
• Assist in planning and executing internal events, campaigns that drive employee engagement and alignment with company values
