Manager-Finance

Manager (Finance and Accounts) will be reporting to the Executive Director of NIVE. His/her responsibilities will be broadly, but not limited to, as under

• Reviewing and optimizing the systems and documentation for financial management of the organization including revenues and receipts, payments, purchases, and others
• Compliance with IT and all applicable statutory registrations/guidelines.
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly MIS reports
• Providing strategic insights to the management for improving the financial management of the trust
• Assisting the management of the trust in making financial projections/roadmap for its expansion plans
• Accounting and book keeping in the corresponding software tools
• Filing of TDS returns, Issue of Form 16 and 16A and others
• Estimation of Advance Tax on a quarterly basis
• Preparation and filing of Form GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and verification of Input Tax Credit with regard to eligibility.
• Assisting in making bank payments in the online portal
• Reconciliation of card swiping/payment gateway accounts based on statements and preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
• Review of ledgers to ensure proper accounting and compliance with applicable statutes and review of overdue receivables and payables, including the preparation of periodic ageing statements.

Qualifications:

• Accomplished financial professional with a penchant for strategic financial/cash flow planning, budgeting, optimization and management.
• Prior experience in financial management of trusts is preferred.Role & responsibilities
