We are hiring  an Accounts Executive at CEI INDIA .

The Requires skills are : 

• Education B.com or equivalent 
• 2-3 years of Accounting Experience In medium size Organization
• Male Candidates only
• Knowledge of Tally Package
• Knowledge of MS-Word and MS-Excel
• Knowledge of Income Tax
• Audit Exposure

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience in STPI formalities
• Knowledge of PF formalities
• Time and attendance softwares

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintenance of Books of Accounts in Tally Package
• Calculation of Payroll, including TDS on Salaries
• Clarification to individual employee’s working, if required
• Preparation of final settlement sheets
• Preparation/Distribution of Pay slips
• Ensuring all vouchers are approved, have supporting documents
• Remittance of TDS
• Remittance of PF
• Preparation of Form 16 and Form 16As
• Preparation of Form 3A, Form 5, Form 10 & Form 12A for PF filing
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements
• Filing of papers/documents in respective files and maintenance of files
• Maintenance of List of payments to be made with due dates and ensuring that it is strictly followed.
• Taking care of audit formalities
• Preparation of Salary Annexure on New hire/Appraisals
• Calculation and Ordering for Food coupons
• Accountability for overall Books of Accounts
