IT Infrastructure Administrator and Software manager - CEIB - Delhi

1. Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure components (network, servers, storage, etc.).

2. Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT systems.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure -related issues.

4. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure Software Development and seamless integration.

5. Develop and maintain documentation of IT infrastructure.

6. Coordinate with NIC/NICSI/ System Integrator/ hardware Supplier and other Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Administration

1. Manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).

2. Configure and troubleshoot network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

3. Ensure network security and compliance.

• Server Administration

1. Manage server infrastructure (Windows, Linux, virtualization).

2. Configure and troubleshoot server hardware and software.

3. Ensure server security and compliance.

• Storage and Backup

1. Manage storage infrastructure (SAN, NAS, cloud storage).

2. Configure and troubleshoot backup and recovery systems.

3. Ensure data integrity and availability.

• Security

1. Implement and maintain security measures (firewalls, antivirus, etc.).

2. Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.

3. Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.

• Monitoring and Maintenance

1. Monitor IT infrastructure performance and availability.

2. Perform routine maintenance and upgrades.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.

• Software Manager

1. Monitor design & development of software/ website of CEIB.

2. Coordinate with NIC/ NICSI/ System Aggregators for development of software & its roll out.

3. Coordinate for change management.

4. Provide Advise to CEIB on technological/ managerial aspect of software development.

5. Maintain documentation for software.

• Requirements:

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration and Software

2. Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field.

3. Strong knowledge of network protocols, server operating systems, and storage technologies.

4. IT certifications (CCNA, MCSA, VCP) preferred.

5. Age between 23 years to 35 years.

• Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with IT service management (|TSM) frameworks.

2. Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.).

3. Familiarity with IT security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).

4. Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (laaS (Infrastructure as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a service).

5. Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing (AWS, Azure).

• Skills:
