Experience

• Minimum 3 Years
• Working experience in Project Management in Telecom/4G domain (Desirable)

Roles & Responsibilities

• 4G/5G Project Planning and Monitoring:
• Coordinating with other groups to align project plans with overall objectives.
• Monitoring progress and addressing any deviations promptly.
• Ensuring timely resource allocation and utilization for smooth project execution.
• External Interfacing for 4G/5G Project:
• Liaising with external stakeholders and addressing concerns and maintaining positive relationships.
• Representing the project in meetings, negotiations, and reviews.
• Internal Team Meetings Coordination:
• Facilitating regular meetings among internal teams to foster collaboration and information sharing.
• Ensuring alignment of individual tasks with project goals and timelines.
• Addressing any internal bottlenecks or conflicts hindering progress.
• Misc. Project Activities:
• Following up for relevant documentation/Repository Management readiness with stakeholders.
• Planning for trainings for internal groups and for the end customer or other partners.
• Follow-ups for procurements, approval notes for various requirements etc.
• Collaborating on definition of releases based on customer requirements and project commitments.
• Prioritization and resolution of defects in alignment with project timelines.

Skills Required

• Project Planning and Scheduling.
• Project Monitoring and Risk Management.
• Effective communication (written and verbal) and coordination skills.
• Good analytical ability to understand customer requirement.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Technical writing and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of project management Tools for creating project plans and generating various reports.
• Domain knowledge of 4G/5G protocols, architecture and network requirements (Desirable).
