Role & responsibilities

Coordination with concerned stakeholders for marketing and commercial deployment of C-DOT Solutions including participation in various business Tenders/RFPs/Eols.

Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Coordination between Marketing & Finance groups in regard to reconciliation of irregularities in the financial records and addressing the audit requirements.

Generation and submission of invoices as per project milestones mentioned in the supply orders/contracts.

Preparation of technical & price bids and techno-commercial proposals as per inputs from the concerned teams.
