Skills, Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project, ensuring smooth progress.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed according to the project plan.
• Monitor and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and provide guidance to the project team.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and any issues.
• Report regularly to senior management and stakeholders on project status.
• Preparing and managing comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, post-project evaluations and certificates.
• Ensure that lessons learned from each project are documented and applied to future projects.
• Ensure the successful closure of the project by meeting all project deliverables.
• Any other work assigned by concerned project head related to project management.

Requirements:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ Bachelors degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field. A master's degree or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
• 2-5 years proven experience in project management, ideally in the cyber security industry relevant to the role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
