Customer Success Engineer (Cybersecurity)_CDOT_Delhi

Role & responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of enterprise cybersecurity landscape, including network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, data security, etc..
• Engage in pre-sales activities such as conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), supporting security design proposals, developing and maintaining comprehensive product documentation and technical specifications.
• Develop and deliver engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations to highlight product features and benefits to potential clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and requirements, and communicating these effectively.
• Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and responses to customer requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Participate in marketing activities, including exhibitions and trade shows, to promote the security solutions.
• Proficient in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular technical check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree (Candidate having MBA with experience in relevant field would be given added advantage).
• Minimum 3-5 years of full-time experience. At least 2 years in a pre-sales or sales engineering role, specifically within the Cyber Security domain.
• Must have Ability to assess customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Should be able to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and security best practices is desirable.
• Strong presentation skills to deliver engaging demos and proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical.
