Professional Experience • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth tech environment.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Experience in reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for roles.
• Maintain screened candidate pipelines for various roles and levels.
• Extensively use tools like LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, job boards, etc. to develop a robust pipeline of candidates.
• Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, research, sourcing, interviewing, to closing.
• Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans.
• Strong negotiation skills for successful offer closures.
• A background in the software industry and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape today for software recruiting in India.
• Experienced in hiring Software Engineering roles Architect, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment. Job Objectives Identify and attract strong technical individuals who possess the required skills, knowledge, and expertise to drive technology and innovation and contribute positively to the organization's goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Talent acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interview, feedback and offer process for technology hiring at UIDAI.
• Creating strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds for each of the roles.
• Interview & evaluation: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Candidate experience: Be the point of contact & create and ensure best-in-class candidate experience throughout the full hiring process.
• Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to achieve headcount goals.
• Data Management: A data-driven approach, with the ability to analyse recruitment data and provide insights and guidance to hiring managers
