Educational QualificationGraduate degree in Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution

Experience20 - 30 years of IT experience with a broad range of exposure to all aspects of Network/Security/Infrastructure services

• In depth knowledge of Network, Security Technologies, Services and Solutions to include Routing, Switching, MPLS, WiFi, Next generation firewalls, Network Access Control, Remote Access, SDN/ NFV, SDWAN, Load Balancing / Application Delivery, Virtual Private Networks, IDS /IPS, Web Application Firewall, and Cloud Security Platforms
• Extensive operations and problem-management experience in medium to large-scale enterprise Network Infrastructure
• Experience with design principles ensuring high availability, reliability and scalability
• Experience building out Datacentre with knowledge of space planning, cabling standards, power/PDUs, racks, etc
• Experience with preparation of RFPs and evaluation of technical and commercial bids

Job Profile

• Design, implement and maintain Network infrastructure covering on-premise Datacentre and Cloud Infrastructure
• Define and execute strategy for next-generation network and security infrastructure - SDN, SDWAN, Micro Segmentation, SASE, etc
• Manage and maintain Enterprise LAN and WiFi infrastructure
• Manage and maintain the operations of Network Infrastructure including planning, installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, problem resolution, business continuity, backups and system level security of IT assets
• Review existing network architecture, plan, design, implement and upgrade network
• Develop and maintain documentation for Network and Network Security infrastructure including system design, installation, configuration, testing, upgrade and maintenance procedures
• Ensuring team's adherence to SOPs, training and performance monitoring for team members, and continuous process improvement for efficiency, including automation
• Follow ITIL practices regarding incident, problem, and change management
• Ensure secure configuration of IT devices/ services, and vulnerabilities are fixed as per banks defined SLAs
• Monitor vendor/ supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance
• Prepare and issue tenders, Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in accordance with government and bank policies
• Ensure that payment requests are accurate, supported by relevant documentation, and processed in a timely manner
• Oversee and process payments to suppliers in accordance with contract terms and bank procedures

• Familiarity with RBI regulatory compliance requirements and industry standards (such as ISO 27001)

• Knowledge of incident response procedures, including containment, eradication, recovery and reporting to management, regulator, CERT-IN etc
• Mentoring and creating Run books / knowledge base articles for the team to allow them to successfully complete routine tasks and troubleshoot the infrastructure under support.
