Job Title : Network Engineer III

Summary :

The Network Engineer III position provides IT infrastructure engineering for network upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, and enhancements, with a strong focus on advanced Cisco solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Cisco Networking (L3 and above) along with experience in SD-WAN, Wireless, DNAC, ACI, and SDA.

Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and migrate Cisco networking solutions, ensuring alignment with ConvergeOne best practices.

- Troubleshoot complex networking, security, and wireless issues, including SD-WAN and enterprise networking.

- Implement and manage Cisco DNA Center (DNAC), ACI, SDA, and wireless solutions to optimize network performance.

- Collaborate with network integrators and customers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Assist in developing detailed implementation plans for network security, infrastructure, and wireless deployments.

- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and design discussions with customers.

Required Qualifications :

- Expertise in Cisco Networking (L3 and above), including SD-WAN, Wireless, DNAC, ACI, and SDA.

- Strong knowledge of Cisco routers (ISR), switches (Nexus, Catalyst), and security appliances (ASA, ISE, Firepower, AMP, Prime Infrastructure).

- Hands-on experience with WAN/LAN technologies, including MPLS, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, spanning tree, inter-VLAN routing, and trunking protocols.

- Proficiency in VPN (IPSec/SSL), load balancing, and network security best practices.

- Experience working with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Orion, and OpenView.

- Familiarity with Cisco Nexus (9K, 7K, 5K, 2K, 1K), Catalyst (4507-VSS, 3750, 2960), and MPLS/VPLS.

- Experience with F5 Load Balancers is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Cisco Certified Systems Engineer (CCIE) in any discipline.

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise WAN/LAN networking.
