National Health Authority (NHA) is the apex body responsible for implementing Indias flagship public health insurance/assurance scheme called Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana & has been entrusted with the role of designing strategy, building technological infrastructure and

implementation of National Digital Health Mission to create a National Digital Health Eco-system. National Health Authority is the successor of the National Health Agency, which was functioning as a registered society since 23rd May, 2018.NHA is governed by a Governing Board chaired by the Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare.

Role & responsibilities

Assist in the planning coordination, facilitation and evaluation of QI learning sessions including curriculum, agenda and faculty.

Assist in improving quality through closing gaps and implementing opportunities for improvements.

Assist in arranging training /webinars/identify qualified trainers for key topics that support qualify improvement.

Conduct qualify training where required.

Work intensively with health center teams participating in assigned Qls to refine delivery system and identify best practice concepts.

Responsible for hospital audits of empaneled hospitals.

Responsible for compiling and analyzing the reported data to highlight trends in public safety and quality.

Work on grievance redressal from qualify perspective of any complaints that are registered or noticed.

Coordination of collection analysis and write up of evaluation of the project deliverables.

Assist in day-to-day quality department activities.

Maintain a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the field of health/health insurance

Preferred candidate profile

Medical graduate + MBA /MHA/PGHHM/MPH/M.Sc./Master's in Health Policy/Health Finance/Health Economics or equivalent with minimum 5years of work experience
