Bending Supervisor (At Our Chakan Based Plant)

Role & responsibilities

1) Responsible to ensure the plan v/s actual production for all Bending Machines

2) Responsible for following all operators WI for all processes.

3) Responsible for man power allocation to all lines

4)Responsible for skill upgradation of operators.

5) Training & developing the operators for smooth running of process machines.

6) Responsible for maintain 5S at shopfloor area.

7) Responsible for implementing CAPA for internal & customer complaints

8) Responsible for maintaining the production data.

9) Responsible for production punching in SAP on daily basis.

10) Responsible for productivity improvement in Bending Shop
